Be sure to try their ika-uni appetizer, and whatever fish the chefs recommend. I was pleasantly surprised to taste this buttery-smooth, non-fishy aji (mackerel) flown in fresh, from japan! It has been the only mackerel I have enjoyed in all my years of sushi eating. This is also the only place I enjoy eating unagi (which I am quite a snob about).
